Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take photos of the damage to send to us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to the custom nature of each order of memorial ashes jewellery we cannot offer refunds or returns once the jewellery item has been filled or if an item has been personalised with engraving etc.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We are unable to offer any exchanges on our memorial ashes jewellery due to the custom and sensitive nature of our pieces.
Refunds
If there is a fault with your item, and we are unable to rectify the issue for you. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
